Terms of Use

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dalumat website and tools at dalumat.ai (the "Service"), operated by Nico Ravanilla ("Dalumat", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if required by the laws of your country, to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding contract with us.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Please tell us at nico@dalumat.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. The Service

Dalumat is a library of AI-assisted tools ("agents") that help you produce career and research outputs. Some agents are free and others require credits. We may add, change, or remove agents and features over time, and we may limit or suspend the Service for maintenance or other operational reasons.

4. Credits and payments

  • The Service uses a credit system rather than a subscription. Some agents are free; others cost credits that you buy in advance and spend across paid agents.
  • Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
  • Credits unlock digital content that is generated for you on demand. By starting a generation, you expressly request that this content be supplied immediately.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because generations are supplied immediately at your request, you acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose that right of withdrawal once a generation has been performed. Unused credits remain refundable as required by applicable consumer law. For any billing question, contact nico@dalumat.ai.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of others' rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that is unlawful or infringing;
  • use the Service to generate material that is deceptive or harmful, or that you present dishonestly, for example by passing off AI-generated work as your own where you are required to disclose it.

6. Your content and outputs

You keep ownership of the content you submit ("Inputs"). You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs in order to operate the Service and generate your results. As between you and us, you own the outputs you generate ("Outputs"), subject to the rights of our AI provider and to applicable law. You are responsible for how you use your Outputs.

7. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. The Service does not provide legal, financial, career, academic, or other professional advice, and Outputs are not a substitute for your own judgment or for advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any Output.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Service itself without our permission.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will meet your needs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Some provisions, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
